BJC Health Care - - Responsibilities:
Manages routes and routines to ensure timely delivery of refrigerated food products ensuring that all temperatures remain at 40 degrees or below;
Adjusts itineraries to accommodate peak delivery times and alternate routing needs;
Loads and unloads food transport carts making safety the number one priority;
Reviews deliveries at final destination to ensure customer satisfaction;
Completes and tracks food product temperature logs, truck refrigeration logs, mileage logs, safety checklists, vehicle checklists, as assigned in compliance with FDA, OSHA and Motor Vehicle regulations; reports deviations immediately
