Flight Operations Support Specialist (GSO T2/B1)

We are looking for a Flight Operations Support Specialist (Tier
2) to support daily drone flight operations, ensure safety and quality compliance, and manage Tier 1 Flight Operations activities within a designated sector.

• Manage and support daily activities of Tier 1 Flight Operations teams to meet customer operational requirements
• Ensure all Tier 1 Flight Ops activities are performed according to established procedures and Statements of Work (SOW)
• Provide quality and safety assurance for flight operations conducted at customer facilities
• Monitor team performance and identify/report operational deficiencies to management
• Identify and communicate equipment, aircraft, and crew-related issues to leadership
• Track Tier 1 team availability, performance, and operational readiness
• Support a safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations environment

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate is mandatory
• Experience supporting drone/UAS flight operations preferred
• Strong understanding of aviation safety, compliance, and operational procedures
• Ability to coordinate teams and communicate effectively with operations leadership
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
