Video/CDLstrapping

• Weekly pay of $1,450 or more
• Hourly rate of $29.70 per hour
• OEM overtime after 40 hours with total hours per week ranging from 40 to 50
• Tenure bonus of $1,200 annually, paid quarterly
• Paid training
• Weekly schedule typically Monday‑Friday, with possible variations
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days of employment
• 80 hours paid time off in the first year, starting Day 1 (use or get paid)

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency standards
• Detect, eliminate, or minimize safety hazards
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Load and unload freight or assist in loading/unloading if required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder drug test, background and motor‑vehicle check, DOT physical, and Ryder road test
• Provide a valid Class A CDL with required endorsements
• Class A experience: 9 months within the past 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years, in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle
• Experience on a 53‑foot flatbed preferred
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions; read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, and policies

• Single‑pilot driver (SOLO to MO)
• Home‑daily route with tractor type Day Cab and trailer type 53’ flatbed
• Preferred experience with flatbeds; freight includes touch‑metal, aluminum, brass, and copper
• Trucks 36 months or newer, with 24/7 roadside maintenance and fuel provided at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide
