• PM Linehaul Drivers: up to $0.65cpm based upon experience; potential to earn $85,000 annually!
• AM P&D Spot Drivers: up to 35% of weekly Net Revenue
• ALL MILES are PAID MILES. Paid weekly via W-2 and direct deposit
• Safety Bonus:
  All drivers will be eligible for a quarterly bonus provided no preventable safety/DOT incidents or truck damage
• Referral Bonus:
  Immediate increase to your rate for every referral hired
• Home Time:
  Home Daily, PM Solo Runs dispatch multiple times, either 8-9pm or 2-3am, AM P&D Spot Runs dispatch late morning

• Ryder Full-Service Leases provide 247365 support and virtually eliminate downtime
• 247365 support from dispatcher

• 2 Weeks Paid Vacation
• Up to $250 Monthly Medical Reimbursement for Insurance of YOUR Choice (after 6 full months of service)

• 1 Year of experience in the last 3 years OR
• 5 Years of experience in the last 10 years

• Equipment:  Freightliner Cascadia Cabs
  - All automatic transmission
• Training:
  In depth training provided to include Skills Assessment/Road Test, Coupling and Uncoupling Double Trailers;
  Ongoing training as necessary.
