Job Title
Manage daily activity of personnel who perform Tier 1 Flight Ops (“Tier 1 Flight Ops team”) within a single team to meet Wipro Customer’s operating requirements.
Ensure performance of all Tier 1 Flight Ops activities in accordance with this SOW.
Provide quality and safety assurance of Tier 1 Flight Ops team activities at Wipro Customer’s facilities within a sector.
Identify and report Tier 1 Flight Ops team performance deficiencies to Contractor management.
Identify nest equipment deficiencies to Contractor management.
Identify and report crew equipment deficiencies to Contractor management.
