Route Driver – St. Louis, MO (Class A CDL)
Location:
St. Louis, MO – Filling Industrial. This position requires a safe transportation of compressed gas cylinders between locations while maintaining meticulous documentation and vehicle safety inspections. The driver will professionally manage associate and customer relations, operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and adhere to all hazardous material safety protocols.

- Monday – Friday, 6 am start time.
- Home daily.
- Vehicle Operation: Operate a Class A and B Hazmat vehicle to deliver compressed and liquid gas cylinders, as well as hard goods, along designated routes.
- Customer Service: Collect empty cylinders from customers and address inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Documentation: Record all transactions accurately and obtain necessary customer signatures.
- Logistics: Handle the loading and unloading of all materials.
- Safety and Maintenance: Conduct thorough pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, noting any issues to ensure full safety compliance and maintaining the vehicle's condition.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and serve as a representative of the company during all deliveries.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Valid Medical Examiner's Card.
- Hazmat Endorsement.
- At least 21 years old.
- At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last 5 years.
- Successful completion of Airgas Background and Motor Vehicle Check.
- DOT Clearinghouse verification from previous employers required.
- Ability to routinely lift or move around 25‑75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76–greater than 100 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in changing temperatures.
- Ability to maintain a drug‑free workplace.
- Adherence to safety regulations and policies.
- Flexible to work overtime as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift experience.
- Touch freight delivery experience.
