• Oversee daily final mile delivery operations for a Fed Ex BC (Business Contractor) service area in St. Louis, MO
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of delivery drivers to meet performance standards
• Monitor route efficiency, on-time delivery metrics, and customer satisfaction scores
• Ensure compliance with Fed Ex contractor requirements, DOT regulations, and safety protocols
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, fleet readiness, and equipment inspections
• Resolve delivery exceptions, customer escalations, and operational issues in a timely manner
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports to drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with dispatch and sort teams to optimize daily load and route planning

• Prior experience in last-mile delivery management or 2 plus years Fed Ex driving Experience, logistics, or transportation operations
• Familiarity with Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex BC contractor operations strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold accountable a team of drivers
• Strong knowledge of DOT compliance, safety regulations, and fleet management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Proficiency with route management software and delivery tracking systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a results-driven mindset
