The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations supporting brewing, packaging, and distribution. This role ensures materials, finished goods, and equipment are stored, handled, and moved safely and efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory and supporting production schedules.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for all finished goods
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
• Ensure proper rotation of inventory (FIFO) and organization of warehouse space

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including LTL and full truckload shipments
• Support production and shipping schedules in coordination with internal teams
• Stage and prepare product for distributors and internal transfers
• Communicate with freight carriers to resolve shipping issues

• Enforce warehouse safety policies and OSHA best practices
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of forklifts and material-handling equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and clearly marked warehouse areas
• Support compliance with food safety and quality requirements
• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff
• Set expectations and hold team members accountable
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Promote a positive, team-oriented brewery culture

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and warehouse layout
• Support implementation of inventory systems or ERP tools
• Assist with special projects related to growth or facility changes

• Required
• 3+ years warehouse or logistics experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• Strong organizational and inventory skills
• Preferred
• Brewery, beverage, or CPG experience
• ERP or inventory management system experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in varying temperature environments.

Full-time position with flexibility to support production and shipping schedules.
