Auditor

Primary Responsibility

Operates and maintains the inventory of the warehouse. Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type and value of product stocked.

• Count product in stock and post totals to inventory records.
• Compare inventories to office records or compute figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.
• Verify clerical computations against physical count of product and adjust errors in computation or count, or investigate and report reasons for discrepancies.
• Prepare reports such as inventory balance, price list and shortages.
• Stock and issue materials or merchandise.
• Track damaged product and log to system.
• Perform cycle count as a percentage of warehouses on a weekly basis per instructions.
• Run warehouse exception reports and investigate irregularities.
• Control all hold by labels and physical restriction - reconciled weekly.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years related experience in distribution or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment without constant supervision.
• PC skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Must be detail‑oriented and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time, efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, demonstrates a sense of urgency, consistently delivers on commitments, and takes initiative.
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and in a high‑volume and changing environment.
