About this positionWarehouse Technician will need to be able to operate a 2500/3500 truck safely and have experience pulling Flat Bed & Box trailers up to 20' in length.
This position will involve a lot of driving with pick ups and deliveries across Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Indiana.
OverviewWarehouse Technician is responsible for receiving, shipping, storing, and tracking equipment/materials kept in Betacom Warehouses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Loads and/or unloads equipment/materials during receipt or when shipped.
- Records materials and equipment entering and leaving the warehouse and confirms orders are accurate.
- Submits material order forms and warehouse supply orders to the Warehouse Manager on a periodic basis to maintain stock levels.
- Maintains clean warehouse, yard, parking lot, and surrounding area free of trash and debris.
- Picks up equipment/materials from customer locations as required.
- Tags and returns spares or faulty customer components within the required timeframe.
- Drives and delivers equipment/materials to other Betacom warehouse locations.
- Unloads yard dumpsters and returns them to property promptly.
- Ensures field crews have material ready for scheduled assignments.
- Assists with product assembly as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Working knowledge of basic hand tools, mechanical equipment, and electro‑mechanical equipment.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Great Plains (preferred).
- Self‑motivated and able to learn quickly.
- Capable of operating a forklift and hand‑operated pallet jack; must obtain forklift certification within 90 days of employment.
- Good record‑keeping skills and detail oriented.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to drive a Box Truck.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse operations experience.
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license (required) and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Class A or B CDL license (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Relevant education or experience (combination acceptable).
