Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM or until work is completed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift up to 80 pounds, consistently lifting 50 pounds, using team lifts or mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Operate safely at heights of up to 25 feet on stock racks.
- Work on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will‑call as business needs arise.
- Perform other job‑related tasks and follow supervisor instructions, subject to reasonable accommodations.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Adherence to company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
- Forklift certification or ability to pass certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successful pre‑employment drug test (no THC).
Daily lifting of 50 pounds, occasionally 80 pounds. Pushing forces up to 40 pounds. Operate in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and exposure to fumes. Work may be exposed to changing weather conditions. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline (provided by company except boots).
