Warehouse Manager, Distribution/ General Warehouse, Occupational Health & Safety
The Warehouse Manager leads the day-to-day operation of the storage and distribution center and is accountable for the performance, safety, and productivity of the entire warehouse team. This is a hands-on, floor-first leadership role. The Warehouse Manager sets clear expectations and holds the team accountable, verifies and delivers training for both new and existing employees, maintains a fluent command of warehouse and forklift safety, and models an exceptional standard of customer service grounded in the principle that “we exist for our customers.”
While the role also oversees inventory control, inbound and inter-warehouse transfers, order processing, and delivery logistics, its success is measured first by how well the team is led, trained, and kept safe on the floor — and by how consistently customers are served.
