The Inventory Control Coordinator will report to the Receiving Department Manager.

Job Overview

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient movement of inventory across the organization. This role involves the receipt and maintenance of inventory from events, as well as the execution of regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage the end-to-end receipt and intake of inventory shipments from events, ensuring all items are checked in accurately.
  • Facilitate the efficient movement of inventory by coordinating the delivery of event goods to breakdown teams and transferring processed items to appropriate specialty storage areas.
  • Maintain rigorous stock integrity by executing regular cycle counts and verifying item quantities.
  • Support broader inventory department operations and inventory management tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • High School or equivalent to high school diploma
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse/inventory control environment
  • Ability to communicate independently and intelligently
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. regularly
