We are seeking a Warehouse Production & Assembly Associate to support product assembly, receiving, inventory management, staging, and shipping operations. This is a physically active, detail-oriented position that plays a key role in ensuring products are assembled accurately, handled safely, and prepared for timely delivery.
In this role, you'll work with a team that takes pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and doing the job right the first time. From assembling furniture and inspecting products to preparing orders for delivery, your efforts will directly impact project success and customer experience.
What Will You Do- Read, interpret, and follow basic written/verbal instructions or procedures to accurately pick, pack, ship and put away raw materials and products in a warehouse setting.
- Loading, unloading, and wrapping furniture on delivery trucks.
- Tag and label product.
- Prepare all orders for delivery.
- Forklift driving (Training and Certification Provided)
- Perform quality work checks to ensure the warehouse meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
- 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or related experience
- Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance and perform physical work throughout the day
- Ability to maintain heavy physical activity during shift.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, and walk frequently.
- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor conditions
- Basic computer skills
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Class E Driver's License
- Stable third-generation family-owned company with 70+ years in business
- Monday through Friday schedule
- No nights or weekends, except occasional overtime opportunities for annual inventory counts (typically 1–4 times per year)
