• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product for customer orders.
• Receive and process telephone orders using the touch screen computer system.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Participate in on-the-job orientation and training.

• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, including speaking on the phone with a clear, upbeat voice.
• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using a calculator if needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen with motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers.

• Experience leading a team of 3 to 30 people during a shift.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check, with access to a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Serve as a positive role model for the team, arriving on time, maintaining a great attitude toward customers and co‑workers, and upholding high personal standards.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
