Healthcare facilities provides care, are established with an excellent reputation in the SNF, LTC & Home Care space. PT reports to the Director of Rehab and coordinates patient care with providers and members as well as the rehab department. Role is for a PRN but offers part-time or full time opportunities for those seeking additional hours and benefits.

Requires Master’s Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Licensed in the state of Ohio upon start date.
Compensation up to 58.00 per hour. Cell phone, tablet and mileage reimbursement for home care visits.
