Store Manager in Training

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved;
Work jointly with district manager and store manager in recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging team members;
Train new team members assigned to him or her;
Handle team member performance evaluations and recommend pay increases;
Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews;
Support store manager by working with the assistant management team ensuring safety compliance and that all team members receive appropriate training;
Monitor safety expectations and ensure store/HUB store neatness and organization;
Learn to utilize electronic scheduling and payroll entry functions;
Review KPI dashboards and monthly P&L with store manager
