LEAK TEST UTILITY OPERATOR – THIRD SHIFT

Schedule: 11:50 p.m.–8:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday
Pay: Grade 4 - Special Skills

Kosei St. Marys Corporation is seeking a Third-Shift Leak Test Utility Operator to provide flexible operational support throughout the Leak Test department. This position provides production coverage, assists with material handling and equipment operation, and helps the department meet its safety, quality, and production goals.

• Provide break, lunch, and other production coverage throughout the Leak Test department.
• Operate assigned Leak Test equipment and complete required inspections and documentation.
• Assist with material movement, part flow, production offload, and staging activities.
• Identify and communicate equipment, safety, quality, and production concerns to department leadership.
• Assist with rework, inventory counts, housekeeping, and other operational needs.
• Follow all applicable safety, quality, work-instruction, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and safely operate Leak Test equipment and related processes.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide coverage across multiple work areas.
• Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements and work overtime as needed.
