LPN Weekend Warrior

Wages are paid based on experience and are decided by the hiring manager during the interview.

12-hour shift or weekend only options are available.

Sign-on bonus for PT is $4,000 and for FT is $8,000.

We require every other weekend (Sat & Sun) coverage.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Implementing a resident plan of care.
• Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
• Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Delegating suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants, providing guidance and supervision when necessary.
• Consulting with and validating data.
• Recording pertinent information in the patient record.
• Identifying and evaluating the resident's response to health problems and treatments.
• Communicating residents' care needs to others involved in the care.
• Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development.

• Nursing License required.
