• Perform opening and closing procedures, balancing registers and activating the security system.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait time.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stockroom.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP.
• Resolve customer service issues or escalates to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years relevant retail experience; minimum 6 months.
• Proficient in technology use (iPad, registers).
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player.
