This position at the Administration Department involves supporting the Office of Grants Management by planning and evaluating training efforts that impact various state agencies. You will manage training content, analyze grant data, and enhance grant management practices. With up to a 50% hybrid telework arrangement, flexibility is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training programs for state staff involved in grants
• Analyze and compile data to improve training effectiveness
• Maintain the Office of Grants Management website
• Communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance training quality
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in training program support
• Experience in data analysis and report customization
• Basic knowledge of grants life cycle activities
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Support Minnesota's efforts in grant management by enhancing training and communication effectiveness.
