Health Department Multimedia Specialist

In this position based in St. Paul, you will strategize and execute multimedia projects that serve both internal and external audiences. The Multimedia Specialist acts as a liaison between the Executive Team and the public, focusing on video, motion design, and photography. You will also oversee the MDH You Tube channel, ensuring content is engaging and accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement multimedia content for projects

• Guide department staff in creating effective communication materials

• Evaluate and maintain multimedia production equipment

Requirements:

• 3 years of relevant experience in communications

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software

• Expertise in professional media production tools

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organizational abilities for project management
