This full-time role requires creativity and technical expertise, as you will lead video and photo production efforts. You’ll capture high-quality content that promotes Minnesota while coordinating with freelancers and internal units. Your responsibility will include managing all phases of production from planning to post-production across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead videographer, photographer, and producer

• Plan and implement production strategies independently

• Organize timelines, manage project stakeholders

• Participate in marketing planning meetings for strategic content use

• Capture professional video and photo assets for campaigns

Requirements:

• Portfolio with video and photography samples is mandatory

• Three years of experience in multimedia storytelling

• Expertise with video editing software and Sony cameras

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
