As part of the Department of Employment and Economic Development, you will work collaboratively to handle grant invoices and federal funding drawdowns. This position is designed for those passionate about improving state services through effective financial management, all while enjoying a telework option.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage grant payment and cash advance processes
• Resolve complex issues related to grant invoices
• Oversee financial statements for various federal programs
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective grant handling
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of administrative support in finance
• An associate's degree in accounting or finance is a plus
• Experience with grant-related transactions is preferred
• Proficiency in financial data entry and software
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
