• Facilitate change management processes

• Collaborate with departments and external partners

Requirements:

• Four years in HR with employee engagement experience

• Expertise in change management and facilitation

• Project management skills for agency-wide initiatives

• Ability to analyze data and present findings

• Experience in event planning and communication
