Experience you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or business.
- 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience with 2-3 years as a senior or manager.
- Job costing and standard cost experience.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized, with the ability to work independently.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- Financial modeling and analysis knowledge and experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong Excel skills in Power Query, Macros, and Financial Dashboards.
- CPA and/or CMA a plus.
- Experience with M1 ERP system.
