Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid)
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000

- Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and program-level reporting
- Track grant expenditures and ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting
- Partner with internal teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-5+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with accounting systems such as Quick Books, Sage Intacct, or similar
