Ledgent Finance and Accounting has a prominent Non Profit organization located in the St Paul area needing to add to their Accounting team!
- Pay: $70,000-$80,000
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Hybrid/Remote Flexibility

- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP (or applicable standards)
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and other balance sheet accounts
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain documentation for audits and support internal/external audit requests
- Identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
- 2–4+ years of relevant accounting experience (public or private)
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or Quick Books)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
