Position: AP/AR Clerk ($23-$26/hour)
Our client in the east metro (Saint Paul area) is looking for an Accounting Admin to join their team! This role is temporary to hire (looking for someone long term) and willing to train.

Medium sized team with growth potential!

$24-$26/hour. On-Site (Saint Paul).

Job Description:
  • Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation
  • Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices
  • Apply incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit card) to customer accounts
  • Monitor customer balances and follow up on past-due accounts
  • Reconcile discrepancies in billing or payments
  • Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, or similar) is a plus
