Duties Lead and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality outcomes and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Plan and direct audit engagements, including risk assessment, testing strategy, andreview of work papers.

Communicate effectively with clients to maintain strong relationships and proactively address issues.

Supervise, mentor, and coach audit staff and seniors to support their professional growth.

Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and firm training initiatives.

Review audit work to ensure compliance with professional standards and firm quality expectations.

Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and strengthen client internal controls.

Stay current on technical standards and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications CPA license required

Minimum 3 years of recent audit experience in public accounting

Strong leadership and project management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Team–oriented mindset with a commitment to developing others

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong relationship management and business development skills
