About

The Role

We're seeking a Senior Nonprofit Accountant to take ownership of complex nonprofit client work and operate with a high degree of independence. This role goes beyond day-to-day bookkeeping — you'll bring seasoned judgment, technical depth, and informal mentorship to your team while serving as a primary financial resource for clients managing multiple funding streams, grant portfolios, and compliance requirements. Now

About You

We hire for hungry, humble, and smart — and at the Senior Accountant level, those qualities show up with more depth and independence. Hungry means you're proactively improving your clients' financial operations and sharing what you know with the people around you. Humble means you've earned your expertise but you're still the first to ask a question or admit uncertainty when it matters.

Smart means you operate with strong judgment, catch issues before they surface, and communicate with the kind of clarity that makes Controllers and clients alike trust your work without needing to check behind you.
