About

The Role

We're seeking a Senior Accountant for our Professional Services practice who can independently manage complex client work, bring strategic financial perspective to service-based business owners, and informally mentor other team members. You've worked in — or deeply served — consulting, legal, staffing, or agency environments, and you understand how to connect financial data to the decisions that drive professional service businesses forward — utilization, realization, billing efficiency, and cash flow.

You operate with a high degree of independence as part of AIOA's delivery team model, often serving as the primary day-to-day resource your clients rely on.

Now About You

We hire for hungry, humble, and smart — and at the Senior Accountant level, those qualities show up with more depth and independence. Hungry means you're proactively improving your clients' financial operations and sharing what you know with the people around you. Humble means you've earned your expertise but you're still the first to ask a question or admit uncertainty when it matters.

Smart means you operate with strong judgment, catch issues before they surface, and communicate with the kind of clarity that makes Controllers and clients alike trust your work without needing to check behind you.
