  • Prepare monthly financial and business results packages and communicate key financial information to company leadership.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment activity, and outstanding receivables.
  • Partner closely with sales and other cross‑functional teams to ensure invoice accuracy and resolve questions related to customer accounts and receivables.
  • Oversee inventory accounting processes, including contracts, purchase orders, invoicing, cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with external financial auditors and tax professionals during year‑end reporting and tax preparation.
  • Manage and monitor accounts, ledgers, and financial reporting systems while ensuring compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and licensing requirements.
  • Maintain internal controls surrounding revenue, expenses, organizational budgets, and actual expenditures.
  • Support accounting and reporting requirements related to financing arrangements, contracts, and other organizational activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, internal controls, and overall efficiency.
  • Serve as a trusted accounting resource to leadership and cross‑functional partners throughout the organization.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a small to mid‑sized organization.
  • Strong full‑cycle accounting experience, including general ledger, AP, AR, reconciliations, month‑end close, and financial reporting.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and accounting controls.
  • Experience with inventory accounting and reconciliations strongly preferred.
  • Experience preparing financial reporting and communicating results to company leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and ability to handle confidential financial information.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership and cross‑functional teams in a hybrid environment.
