Accountant Position

At HaFSBX, we design and manufacture innovative material handling systems tailored to the unique needs of industries ranging from food processing to pharmaceuticals. As our business grows, our Accounting team plays a critical role in supporting that growth — ensuring financial accuracy, driving process improvements, and providing the insights that keep our operations running smoothly.

We're looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting team! This role is a mix of day-to-day accounting operations (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and credit card management) and core accounting responsibilities like month-end close and reconciliations. • Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payment application, aging reports, and collections follow-up
• Accounts Payable: process invoices, ensure coding/approvals, and prepare payments
• Company Credit Cards: issue cards, review expenses, ensure compliance, and perform reconciliations
• Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support process improvement or accounting automation
• Collaborate with teams across the business to resolve issues

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 1–2 years of accounting experience with exposure to AR, AP, and reconciliations
• Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP)
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Quick Books, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with sales tax is a plus
