The Staff Accountant plays a key role in keeping aspectLED's financial operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly. This person will handle the day-to-day accounting cycle — including accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting month-end close — while working closely with cross-functional teams to support the business as it grows. This is a great opportunity for an early-career accountant to build a strong foundation, take on meaningful responsibility, and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Record and reconcile expense submissions
• Execute daily and weekly ledger entries
• Provide financial order support and analysis
• Facilitate processing of product returns
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Business Reporting
• Assist with year-end audit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Disciplined, self-directed approach to managing daily and monthly deadlines

• 2+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in an eCommerce business
• Experience with Quick Books or similar
• Experience with 3rd Party Sales Tax Return Systems
• Experience with Shopify

This position will primarily work inoffice, with the opportunity to work 1 day per week remotely. Our office islocatedat 4900 Constellation Drive, St. Paul, MN 55127.
