Controller, Accounting, Financial Compliance

Description

Our client is looking for a Controller with 5+ years experience who has strong communication skills, supervisory experience, and Bachelors in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

- At least 5 years of progressive accounting or controllership experience.

- Demonstrated success overseeing month-end close and financial reporting activities.

- Previous experience supervising or leading accounting team members.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across departments.

- Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial analysis.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
