We're seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join our client, a PE-backed company, at a pivotal time of growth and transformation. This business is undergoing changes and process improvements, making it an exciting time for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to add substantial value. The ideal candidate has 3.5+ years of public accounting or industry accounting experience.

** This is a hybrid role, 1-2x week in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop optimal operational frameworks for documentation procedures
• Enhance efficiency during periodic consolidation activities
• Maintain verification processes while improving documentation clarity
• Evaluate protective measures, ensuring transactional integrity
• Provide cross-functional analysis, ensuring information accuracy
• Support external review processes
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Deliver decision support information to the leadership team
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for enhanced information transparency
• Generate performance documentation for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3.5+ years of public accounting or industry accounting experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $95,000–$105,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including:

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
