Cost Accountant
Location: Mendota Heights, MN
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
- Join a specialized cost accounting team with direct exposure to manufacturing operations and inventory management
- Work closely with accounting leadership, including the VP/Controller and FP&A team
- Gain hands-on experience with Bills of Materials (BOMs), inventory adjustments, and product costing
- Opportunity to help refine and improve accounting processes during an important system transition
- Exposure to Net Suite in a dynamic manufacturing environment

- Stable organization with approximately $150M in annual revenue
- Collaborative accounting team of 20+ professionals across AP, AR, and corporate accounting
- Hybrid schedule available after onboarding period

- Set up and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within Net Suite
- Perform inventory analysis, adjustments, and reconciliations
- Support cost accounting activities for manufacturing operations
- Assist with month-end close and related accounting processes
- Help identify process improvement opportunities within costing and inventory functions
- Partner with accounting, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Experience with month-end accounting processes and reconciliations
- Exposure to ERP systems, preferably Net Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Candidates with manufacturing accounting backgrounds strongly preferred
- Hybrid flexibility (after initial onboarding period)
- 401(k) with 3% company match after 90 days, increasing to 6% after one year
