We provide management services to a small number of clients who own multiple retail companies. We need a skilled Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accounting Bookkeeper to join our dedicated team. This crucial role involves working closely with our management team, our clients, and our internal administrative and IT staff to ensure the accurate and efficient management of financial data. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Collaborating with the management team, clients, and internal staff to obtain necessary financial data.
• Accurately entering and verifying a variety of financial transactions, including vendor invoices, service invoices, utility bills, and payroll time sheets, ensuring data integrity.
• Auditing transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconciling accounts, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of client-ready books.
• Working effectively with administrative and IT staff to streamline data acquisition and processing.
• Assisting with the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll.
• Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to evolving client processes, technological advancements, and shifting priorities.
