The Occupational Therapy Bridge Program herine University invites applications for a full-time Administrative position.

Role:

* To provide support services for the Occupational Therapy Bridge program (faculty, staff, and students).

* To organize and coordinate department activities to facilitate efficient operations and communication of the department and carry out activities as assigned.

* To organize and coordinate program files, accreditation processes, databases, and fieldwork data files for students.

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

* Ability to organize, prioritize, carry out, and complete tasks (assigned and unassigned) for all the staff and faculty

* Ability to work independently, efficiently, and meet deadlines

* Experience with Microsoft Office programs, databases, and the internet

Compensation:

Hourly wage is $17-$22.50 depending on qualifications and experience.

The salary range listed reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably anticipate to pay for this position, based on market data and internal equity, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors. St. Catherine reserves the right to modify or adjust compensation depending on University needs.
