Minnesota Housing is hiring! We're a mission-focused financial institution looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide executive-level administrative and operational support to the Assistant Commissioner/Executive Director and helps coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Minnesota Interagency Council on Homelessness. The role plays a key part in keeping interagency work moving smoothly by managing coordination, communications, and operational processes that support MICH's mission.

Job Duties *
* + Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to MICH leadership.

+ Coordinate council operations, meetings, and interagency communications.

+ Support budget monitoring and administrative coordination in partnership with finance and contracts staff.

+ Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including the Governor's Office and Legislature.

+ Manage records, document systems, and information flow to support effective council operations.

+ Support communications, accessibility, and information-sharing efforts across MICH and partner agencies.

+ Represent MICH in internal coordination meetings and support cross-functional collaboration.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.
