The Office Manager is a highly organized, service-minded professional who supports the daily administrative operations of the church. This person creates a welcoming environment for staff, members, and visitors while overseeing hospitality, office administration, and database management.
Responsibilities include managing phones and calendars, supporting church staff, maintaining records and databases, coordinating events, ordering supplies, and assisting with communications.
The ideal candidate has administrative experience, strong communication and organizational skills, comfort with technology, and familiarity with church life. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to the church’s mission are essential.
Role is 32 hours/week, Mon-Thurs 8-4;
Friday 9-1.
