This position will support the planning and execution of high-impact, inclusive meetings and events. You will help coordinate the operational details such as registration systems, speaker coordination, sponsorship logistics, travel arrangements and event technology. This is an ideal position for an individual who is energized by coordination work, solving problems quickly and delivering excellent customer service to both internal teams and external attendees.
Responsibilities- Support the Event Planning Senior Manager in maintaining project timelines and budgets, ensuring tasks are completed and deliverables are met.
- Set up, manage, and maintain event registration systems; conference mobile applications and other event technology platforms.
- Manage rooming lists and support travel coordination, including working with platforms such as Egencia.
- Provide onsite support for events; and assist with setup, logistics, and hosting internal and external virtual meetings and events.
- Assist sponsorship teams in coordinating logistics for vendor trade shows and ensuring that team deliverables are met.
- Support the design of yearly sponsorship strategy in collaboration with the Event Planning Senior Manager.
- Manage speaker coordination, including sending agreements, collecting materials, managing invoices, and tracking final presentations.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative, operations or event support experience.
- Proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience working with registration platforms, event apps, or CRM/event management systems.
- Excellent customer service skills to support positive experiences for attendees and event sponsors.
- Strong organizational and data management skills with a focus on accuracy to support efficient event operations and reliable reporting.

- This position is an hourly, non‑exempt position with an hourly rate of $30.92.
Home Office (Contiguous U.S. excluding AK, CA, HI, Washington and the territories): Eligible if within 100 miles of a major airport and has sufficient internet bandwidth and mobile phone service.
St. Paul, MN Office: Workstations available at 2610 University Ave W, with free parking and access to the Green Line Light Rail (Westgate Station).
