Duties

Are you Wilder's next Administrative Specialist? Join our multidisciplinary Community Mental Health & Wellness team at Wilder in providing clinical service delivery that supports our community's mental wellness, critical to Wilder's mission of improving lives today and for generations to come! We are hiring full time Administrative Specialist to work at the Front Desk at our Clinic. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to program managers and staff. Coordinate client appointment process. Open, schedule and close clients. Complete communications and administrative tasks in an efficient and quality conscious manner. Serve as primary contact for clients regarding program information. Provide back up support for other administrative specialists in Community Mental Health as requested, Attend program or staff meetings as requested, Keep Supervisor informed and advised of needs and problems, other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

High School diploma plus specialized training in Administrative Clerical. Associates Degree Preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of administrative/clerical experience required. Experience working in mental health/clinical setting preferred. This is a bilingual position - fluency in speaking and proficiency in writing English language and fluency in speaking one or more additional language, Hmong required.
