Duties- We are hiring a full time Administrative Specialist to work at the Front Desk at our Clinic.
- The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to program managers and staff.
- Coordinate client appointment process and open, schedule and close client files.
- Complete communications and administrative tasks efficiently and with quality focus.
- Serve as primary contact for clients regarding program information.
- Provide backup support for other administrative specialists in Community Mental Health as requested.
- Attend program or staff meetings as requested.
- Keep supervisor informed and advised of needs and problems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma plus specialized training in administrative clerical. Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative/clerical experience.
- Experience working in a mental health/clinical setting preferred.
- Fluency in speaking and proficiency in writing English language.
- Fluency in speaking one or more additional language(s) with Hmong required.
