Duties
  • We are hiring a full time Administrative Specialist to work at the Front Desk at our Clinic.
  • The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to program managers and staff.
  • Coordinate client appointment process and open, schedule and close client files.
  • Complete communications and administrative tasks efficiently and with quality focus.
  • Serve as primary contact for clients regarding program information.
  • Provide backup support for other administrative specialists in Community Mental Health as requested.
  • Attend program or staff meetings as requested.
  • Keep supervisor informed and advised of needs and problems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
  • High School diploma plus specialized training in administrative clerical. Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative/clerical experience.
  • Experience working in a mental health/clinical setting preferred.
  • Fluency in speaking and proficiency in writing English language.
  • Fluency in speaking one or more additional language(s) with Hmong required.
