Account Processor

Immediate need for a talented Account Processor. This is a 09+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Saint Paul, MN (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested. Job
-66991 Pay Range: $22 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities may also include customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer problems and responding to customer requests for information.
  • One individual will mostly be helping with my Physical Processing team - opening, sorting, logging all mail & checks in dual control.
  • This individual needs to be able to sit with others in a team environment, onsite 5 days a week.
  • Other contractor will be used to support Money Movement Physical Processing team in our continued efforts of transitioning Specialty Assets and Tax Checks.
  • Having this additional team member will ensure a smooth transition for both business lines and ensure proper coverage is still met across the Physical Processing team.
  • Candidate may perform quality check on money movement requests submitted by front office trust team members on behalf of external clients.
  • Candidate will be reviewing money movement requests received from the front office Trust teams.
  • They are reviewing for accuracy in the submission and will then move the request along to the next step in the process or return it to the front office for corrections.
  • Accuracy is the most important function; however, we do have a goal of completing 50+ instances per day (this is dependent upon volumes as well).
  • Employee will partner with team members, front office trust officers and trust admins.
  • We do not interact with external clients.
  • We interact via TEAMS chat with occasional TEAMS calls/meetings.

    Skills:

    Data Entry, Clerk, and Documentation.
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency, quick learner, ability to pivot to different tasks quickly.
  • MS Office, SEI knowledge is nice but not required.
