Position Responsibilities
Support organization of the Leman conference to perform various tasks including but not limited to:
- Registration
- Back‑up for email account and logistics
- Perform tasks to aid in having materials ready for the conference and addressing organizational items as directed
- Supervision and attendance of the registration desk during the conference
- Collection and processing of files and recordings
- Can vary depending on the conference needs
- 15-20 hours/week
- 6 months
All required qualifications must be included in the application materials
Required Qualifications
- BA or 3 years of project/program management experience
- Conference management experience
- Pay Range: $36.85/hr; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
- Retirement plan options are available for Civil Service, Faculty, Labor‑Represented, Professional & Administrative, and Temp Casual classifications.
