Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced a temporary/part-time front desk admin to join one of our client's teams at their corporate office in St. Paul, MN (55102). The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service or administrative support role, have a professional appearance and demeanor as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This role is contracted and expected to last 30-90 days in length.

Schedule

8 hours a day/3 days a week – Monday/Tuesday and Thursday.

Salary

​$20-$23/hour DOQ.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members entering our corporate office. This role requires a professional, friendly demeanor and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities while supporting the administrative needs of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
  • Manage mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain conference room calendars and assist with setup for meetings.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ensure security by following office access procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR, property management, and executive teams as needed.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service or administrative support role.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
