University invites applications for a full-time Temporary Clinical and Fieldwork Clearance Office Specialist position.
This temporary position is responsible for monitoring and tracking required student and faculty clinicals and fieldwork compliance documentation including immunizations, TB tests, background check, etc., and facilitating communication with a wide range of faculty, staff and students in the School of Nursing, Henrietta Schmoll School of Health, and the Clinical and Field Education Team (CFET).
Minimum Qualifications- High school degree
- Previous experience and expertise in administrative support activities including but not limited to proficiency with Microsoft Office products, customer service skills, attention to detail, and accurate data entry skills.
- Incumbent must be a motivated, self-starter who will learn quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Willingness to learn and interact daily with approved software/data management system for the clinical/fieldwork education experiences of the University.
- Some college experience
Compensation: Hourly wage is $17.00 - $22.50 depending on qualifications and experience.
The salary range listed reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably anticipate to pay for this position, based on market data and internal equity, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
