Mailroom Associate

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Saint Paul, MN. This onsite role supports mailroom, print, copy, scanning, shipping, and document management operations within a professional corporate campus environment. This is a hands-on administrative and office services role designed for individuals who stay active, provide excellent customer service, and help daily operations run smoothly.

The work environment offers structure, teamwork, and long-term stability through a temp-to-hire path. Candidates who are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently after training will be well positioned for success.

• Operate high-volume copy, print, scanning, mail, and document handling equipment.
• Sort, stage, log, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages across campus locations.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including Fed Ex and USPS processing, while maintaining accurate tracking records and service logs.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to delivery status, service requests, and mailroom support needs.
• Maintain copier, mailroom, and supply areas by stocking materials, clearing basic equipment issues, and reporting maintenance concerns.
• Support general office services, including filing, labeling, data entry, document imaging, and meeting room setup assistance.

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, W-2 contract.
• Duration: 1+ month contract with temp-to-hire potential.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Hours:
  
  40 hours per week.
